Advice is aimed at providing you and your family with practical ways to eat less such as using smaller plates, bowls and utensils, repackaging snack foods into individual-sized portions, not eating in front of the television and packing lunchboxes with healthier snacks. Eating in this way can help ensure a healthy body weight and reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes.
