National Nutrition Week 2015

This website provides nutrition advice to working South Africans. Meals employees eat at work influence their productivity and their risk of health problems and occupational conditions such as hypertension, cardiovascular disease and cancer.

Advice is aimed at providing employers and employees with guidelines for healthy eating in the workplace. With many South Africans consuming at least half of their meals at work, the workplace has become an important setting to promote healthy eating and to provide access to healthy food choices.
